We bought a 7 year old house on april 2011 in Thornhill woods and invited Michael to perform the house inspection for us. Michael was very thorough and took his time to check the whole house from the basement all the the way up to the roof. Since we were new to canada and weren’t familiar with many of the terms Michael sat with us and explained us each and every aspect of the inspection and also gave us useful tips regarding the maintenance of the house. We got a report booklet which covered the whole inspection and Michael went over each and every one of the items in this booklet, and he also gave us a CD with useful information. I would certainly choose Michael again if we decide in the future to buy another home.
